Delete your Perks Tap account

You can permanently delete your Perks Tap account here, from the Perks Tap app (Profile → Delete account), or by emailing support@perkstap.com.

To delete your account

• Tap Delete account below and enter the mobile number you use with Perks Tap.
• Confirm it's you with your password, or with a 6-digit code we send to that number by SMS.
• Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out on all devices.

What gets deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email address and password
• Your Google sign-in link, profile photo, date of birth and bio
• Your loyalty card memberships, saved card codes and notification settings
• Your points, stamps and vouchers. These can't be restored.

What stores keep

Stores keep anonymous records of past visits, points and redemptions for their reports, with no link to you. Reviews you wrote stay as anonymous reviews. Read more in our privacy policy.
